Barry owned a number of rental properties. One of the rental properties was located next to his personal residence. Both properties were condemned by the state. Barry found a perfect residence to replace the rental property almost immediately but not one to replace the personal residence. As a result, Barry moved into the replacement rental unit for five months until he found a suitable home to replace the residence.
