• What is meant by "style", and what are the elements of style?
• What is meant by "tone"?
• Nondiscriminatory language treats everyone equally, making no unwarranted assumptions about any group of people. Identify possible areas where discriminatory or sexist language can be used and ways to avoid such use.
• What is meant by "readability"?
• What are the key elements/factors involved in readability?
• Write a memo to demonstrate readability.
