Caltron Inc. produces computer-controlled components for a wide variety of military hardware. As a defense contractor, the company is often under severe time and scheduling constraints. The development of a new component, Vector-12, is no exception. The planning of the Vector-12 project has been assigned to Norm Robertson. This is Robertson's first assignment as a project director for Caltron, and he is eager to demonstrate his abilities.
