Calculate and plot these histories using the finite-element method of FEHT, the finite-difference method of IHT (with ∆x = 5 mm and ∆t = 1.2s) and/or an alternative procedure of your choice. If you use more than one method, compare the respective results. Note that, in using FEHT or IHT a look-up table must be created for prescribing the variation of the heater flux with time (see the appropriate He/p section for guidance).
