Divide into groups of four. Divide the four phases of team development — forming, storming, norming, and performing—between the group. Decide on a project for the team to work on. Based on that project, develop a plan to minimize the amount of productive time lost in the first three phases so that the team can start performing as quickly as possible. Time permitting, prepare a brief presentation to your fellow students on your proposal.
