Five advertising companies jointly buy a jet aircraft. They enter into an agreement whereby each party has the right to use the aircraft for its own purposes some days each year. The parties may decide to use that right or they might lease it to a third party. The parties share decision-making regarding maintenance and disposal of the aircraft.
The decisions require the agreement of all the parties.
