b. Construct a cross-tabulation describing the schools, using the type of campus setting and whether the school is public or private as the categorization variables.
c. Construct a display showing the average value for tuition and fees according to type of campus setting and whether the school is public or private. Do the categorization variables seem to be related to the level of tuition and fees? If so, how?
