Question:
Hans Skinner is a vice-president of the Western Bank in Markham, Ontario. Active in community affairs, Skinner serves on the board of directors of Orson Tool & Dye. Orson is expanding rapidly and is considering relocating its factory. At a recent meeting, board members decided to try to buy 20 hectares of land on the edge of town. The owner of the property is Sherri Quibell, a customer of the Western Bank. Quibell is a recent widow. Skinner knows that Quibell is eager to sell her local property. In view of Quibell's anguished condition, Skinner believes she would accept almost any offer for the land. Realtors have appraised the property at $4 million.
Required
