In a random telephone based study of 1370 Internet users, 14% of the respondents said they had downloaded music from the Internet in the past month. In a survey of the same size taken one year earlier, 18% said they had downloaded music in the past month. Set up a hypothesis test to test whether there is a statistically significant difference between the two reported results. Use a 1% significance level.
