In an experiment on the photoelectric effect it is observed that for light of wavelength 500 nm, a slopping potential of 0.2.5V is required to cut off the current of photoelectrons, whereas at a wavelength of 375nm a stopping potential of 1.0 V is required. Calculate from these data the ratio of Planck’s constant to the electronic charge (h/e).
