Regarding the ecosystem risks in innovations, what are the initiative, interdependence and integration risks of wanting to add a new way of doing something to a project. The rest of the ways of the project are okay, I'm just adding an additional way. My project is an insurance company. My peers want to call, email, and use direct mail to get customers. In addition, I want to text message to get new customers - that is my sustaining innovation.
