A production manager believes that the time required to assemble a particular product depends on the type of training that workers on the line receive. Four different training programs have been administered to workers of roughly equal experience at the local plant during the past year. To test her hypothesis, the production manager gathers assembly time data for randomly selected subsets of workers who have participated in one of the four training programs. These times are recorded in the file P12_12.XLS. Use one-way ANOVA to help decide whether the different training programs yield equivalent average assembly times, and write a short report to summarize your findings.
