Critically discuss the existing pay differential between the average worker and the small elite at the top of business. Is such pay differential fair? Is it justified? Ultimately everyone gets paid for the amount of time they give to the job they work in (and in some respects the amount of life they have sacrificed to their job). Why is it that some people’s time (and life) is more valuable than others?
