To find the sample database, click on Help, Sample Databases, Northwind Sample Database. To create a report in MS Access, per¬ form the following steps;

a. Select Report from the Objects column.

b. Double-click on Create Report using wizard.

c. Select various field of your choosing from the Available Fields list, then click Next.

d. Select fields for grouping levels, that is, subtotals that you would like on your report, then click Next.

e. To display sorted records in your report, select the fields that you would like to present as sorted, and then click Next.

f. Select a Layout for your report, then click Next.

g. Select a Style for your report, then click Next.

h. Click on Preview the report, and then click Finish.
