I believe in grass root level teaching. I also explain all the difficult portion by using good examples according to the students previous knowledge and his mental ability.I also mainly suggest graphical visualisation of hardest portion in physical chemistry . I also expect that the fundamental portion of the organic chemistry has to be cleared in very simplest understandable approach.
