a. Discuss its topic and select two of the best examples of communication misunderstanding out of a list of several that are mentioned by members.

b. Next, decide which of the four topic areas generally create the most misunderstanding in the workplace: yours or one of the other three.

c. Finally, share your examples and decision with the other groups.
