Choose a company that interests you. Go to the website and find the careers section. In small groups, answer the following questions:

● How easy is it to find information about careers or jobs at the company?

● How are the pages within that section organized?

● What is emphasized? In other words, what seems to be most important to the company? What do they value in new hires?

● How, if at all, does the company describe its commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion?

● What jobs are posted? What categories of positions do you find?

● What is written about the selection process? Do you know what to expect after submitting your application or resume?

● Overall, does your evaluation of the website increase or diminish your interest in the company?
