Over the next few days, consider how presenters use different methods of delivery in different situations. You might see professors teaching classes, a student addressing members in an organization, a coach speaking to a team, etc. In each of these situations, identify the delivery style: impromptu, extemporaneous, scripted, or memorized. How do you distinguish each? In other words, what does the presenter do that causes you to categorize the talk as you do? Finally, do you believe the style was appropriate for each situation and audience? Why or why not?
