Plaintiff purchased stain and paint from defendant that, upon application, presented significant issues: discoloration and cracking. These issues became apparent 30 days after receipt of the products. However, a clause in the sales contract was that any defect was to be reported to the seller within 10 days of the sale or else the seller disclaimed any liability. Is this an enforceable limitation?
