(b) The projected U.S. Asian population (in millions) was modeled by the exponential function a(t) = 14.83 19.0159)^t, where t = 0 corresponds to 2000 and 16 ≤  t ≤ 60. Estimate in what year the Asian population will double the 2016 population of 18.32 million.
