c. Use the Cook’s distance measure for case 14 (the original hospital 15)

to explain why removing hospital 14 from the data set has made the original hospital 15 noninfluential?

d. Which hospital had the largest Cook’s D when all 17 hospitals were used to perform the regression analysis? Does this hospital appear to be less influential after removing hospital 14 from the data set? If so, explain why.
