Since my early childhood days, I have been teaching my siblings, cousins and friends in neighbours and school. I have always been appreciated for my teaching pattern and this helped me to aspire for a teaching career. Later on, during my Bachelors in Technology, I was a part of a student driven society – Teach for Technocrats – wherein I used to take classes for my peers as well as my juniors on basics of Engineering and also on a few topics from Civil Engineering.
Currently, I am Pursuing my Masters in Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology. Here I have got the opportunity to assist my mentors cum professors in their teaching pedagogy as well as taking guest lectures for the students pursuing B-Tech. I look forward to pursuing a career in teaching while simultaneously doing my Ph.D. in Civil Engineering.
I love to take real life examples while explaining concepts. I also use simple English so that it is easier for students to understand. Making use of a lot of diagrams and flowchart has been the highlights of my pedagogy.
