There was no beginning inventory in Molding at the beginning of November because of extensive equipment maintenance in Molding at the end of October.

Ending inventory is complete in terms of material and 60 percent converted. Direct material cost in November was $25,000. November conversion cost was $13,800. Finishing Process Center Beginning work in process on November 1 was 2,000 units with all material and 50 percent conversion. Costs in beginning inventory were $15,760 for preceding department costs, $4,300 for materials, and $3,000 for conversion. Work in process inventory in Finishing on November 30 was 1,500 units with all materials and 2/3 conversion. November materials cost was $8,000 and conversion cost was $14,490.
