c. In the same case (see Question 2b above), the plaintiff’s attorney made an appropriate motion, which was not granted, and ultimately lost the lawsuit.

Thus, according to the plaintiff’s attorney, the judgment was not supported by the evidence.

d. The defense attorney saw the grisly photographs of an accident that the plaintiff’s attorney has in her file. The defense attorney is concerned that these photographs would unfairly prejudice a jury against the defendant during the trial.
