Use the SQL Developer GUI tools to determine that the PopularShowsView was constructed properly. Modify this view to include PICTURE.PictureDescription and PICTURE.PictureFileName. Clicking on the pencil icon in the Columns tab of the main view tab will allow you to edit the SQL defining the view.
