This crude is fed to the distillation columns in an oil refinery at a rate of 1.0 × 10⁴ kg/hr. Assume the distillation process perfectly separates the stream of gas between a mixture of light gas and isooctane in the top stream. Draw a process diagram of this distillation column and indicate on the drawing the flow rates and composition by component of the output streams.
