A company is selling 30,000 units of its product @ ₹40 per unit, variable cost per unit is ₹22 and total operating fixed cost of the company is ₹1,80,000. Calculate operating leverage and show by how much percentage EBIT will increase if sales increases by 25 percentage from the present level of sales.
