In groups of three or four, think about an organization’s global strategy and why growth may not always be the best choice. What is the point of having any other form of strategy? Assess other forms of strategy and suggest why they might be appropriate in certain cases. Once you have done this, share your thoughts with the rest of the class and try to get a consensus.
