b) Find a re-expression that improves the distributions of the cloud seeding rainfall amounts.
c) Repeat the tests of Exercise R5.26. Comment on what you discover.

Data From Exercise R5.26

In an experiment to determine whether  seeding clouds with silver iodide increases rainfall, 52 clouds were randomly assigned to be seeded or not.

The amount of rain they generated was then measured (in acre-feet).
