Bernice Paset went into the Old Orchard Bank to gain access to her safe deposit box. Once inside the vault, she went into an examining booth, which contained a small table and a chair. The chair was partially under the table. When Bernice pulled the chair out she discovered $6,325 in cash on the seat of the chair. Is this property abandoned, lost, or mislaid?
