Not only was Tim’s will attacked by the other two children as soon as it was filed in probate court but Tim’s wife suddenly reappeared. They thought she had drowned two years before when a golf cart she was driving veered into a canal near their Florida home. She is extremely upset that Tim has willed away all the property. Does she have any rights in the matter?
