When the administrator of Courziel’s estate opened the safe deposit box that contained a copy of Courziel’s will, he found the will was missing the last page. Unfortunately this page contained Courziel’s signature and those of the witnesses to the document. Courziel had sole control over the box. Should the “will” be enforced?
