Ellen operated a flea market under a tent. She decided that she needed insurance to protect her in case snow caused the roof to collapse. He recommended it to Ellen. Relying on that advice, Ellen entered into a contract with Acme. Unfortunately, the policy had a rider that excluded liability for roofs collapsing under snow.
