(c) How much agreement is there on conflict as an inherent feature of organisational life and that structure, management systems and choice of technology all form part of the struggle for power and control?

(d) To what extent should your lecturers be encouraged deliberately to arouse constructive conflict? What are the possible dangers and how might the idea be perceived by students from different cultural backgrounds?
