Members of the U.S. House of Representatives wrote a quarter million dollars of checks on the House bank without having the cash in their accounts. In effect, these representatives were borrowing money from each other on an interest-free, no-service-charge basis. The House closed its bank after these events were featured on FOX, \(\triangle \triangle . A B C\), and \(\triangle B C\).
