Team Development. Project managers must develop an environment that encourages teamwork and mutual support. The goal of every team member should be the successful completion of the project deliverables by working together and through effective integration of all project components. Sometimes barriers to team development are experienced. The project manager, as the leader of the team, must work toward the resolution of these barriers to achieve objectives.
