A particle with mass m and charge q moves non-relativistically in static fields E(r) and B(r). Show that a re-scaling of the magnetic field and the time is sufficient for a particle with mass M and charge q to follow exactly the same trajectory as the original particle. Do the motions of m andM differ at all?
