There is a movement toward wireless mobile computing using thin-client technology. Go to the Web and visit some of the major computer vendors that are producing thin-client products such as handheld computers, smartphones, and PDAs. Investi- gate the features of each category of device and prepare a re- port that contrasts each type of device on at least the following criteria: screen size and color, networking options and speed, permanent memory, and embedded applications.
