SEARS ROEBUCK AND CO. SEARSCHARGE SECURITY AGREEMENT 4. FINANCE CHARGE. If I do not pay the entire New Balance within 30 days (28 days for February statements) of the monthly billing date, a FINANCE CHARGE will be added to the account for the current monthly billing period. THE FINANCE CHARGE will be either a minimum of $0.50 if the Average Daily Balance is $28.50 or less, or a periodic rate of 1.75% per month (ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE of 21%) on the Average Daily Balance.
