Motivation is an individual level response, yet managers must operate at a collective level in following company policies. Therefore because motivational practice cannot be personalized it is not possible to fully motivate every individual all of the time. Consequently it is not possible for organizations to achieve the highest levels of performance from all employees on a consistent basis. Discuss this statement.
