Nigel says in his explanation above that in seeking to achieve the objectives for the Greentouch programme it was necessary to change the culture as well as the way that garments were produced and the labour conditions under which they were manufactured. Do you agree with him? Would seeking to change the culture bring about the other necessary changes as a result; or would ensuring that the labour relations and environmental issues were dealt with mean that the culture changed as a result? Justify your answer.
