Each member of the group should indicate his or her age. Determine the median age of the group, and categorize those members above the median as being “older” and those below the median as being “younger.” Then calculate the average WADS score of the two age groups. Is there a difference in age discrimination experiences between the two groups? What group members have experienced the most and least age discrimination in the workplace?
