I. Compare and contrast the difference between temporary employees and contract employees and their differences and similarities with respect to information security policies.
II. Explain contracts for consultants should specify all requirements for information or facility access before the consultants are allowed into the workplace. Security and technology consultants especially must be prescreened, escorted through work areas, and subjected to nondisclosure agreements to protect the organization from possible breaches of confidentiality.
III. Recognize consultants typically request permission to present work samples to other companies as part of their résumés, but a client organization is not obligated to grant this permission and can even explicitly deny permission in writing.
IV. Stress organizations remember the protection of their information does not  become the consultant’s top priority even if they are paid.
