12. In this exercise, you create an application that can be used to estimate the cost of laying sod on a rectangular piece of property. Create the application, using the following names for the solution and project, respectively: Harston Solution and Harston Project. Save the application in the VB2015\Chap11 folder. Use Windows to copy the Rectangle.vb file from the VB2015\Chap11 folder to the VB2015\Chap11\Harston Solution\Harston Project folder.
