3. Open the VB2015\Chap08\Bonus Solution\Bonus Solution (Bonus Solution.sln) file.

Add a File menu and a Calculate menu to the form. Include an Exit menu item on the File menu. Include two menu items on the Calculate menu: 10% Bonus and 15% Bonus.

Assign shortcut keys to the Calculate menu’s items. The Exit menu item should end the application. The menu items on the Calculate menu should display the appropriate bonus: either 10% of the sales or 15% of the sales. Use a program-defined function to calculate and return the bonus. Test the application appropriately.
