A contractor while planning for a major RCC slab had procured a large quantity of cement. Cement bags were stacked one over the other and at some places 20–25 bags were stacked at one place.

During the concreting operation, these cement bags were being shifted. At one point of time, cement bags started falling from the top and two workers got trapped underneath. It resulted in major injury to one of the workers.
