Develop a professional development plan. Professional development is not limited to your college education, your work and your career. Your professional development should also include your plans for attending Supplemental Instruction, working with a coach, or joining a study group while in college. It can also include your participating in the College of Engineering Leadership Academy, membership and leadership involvement in student lead engineering organizations, active involvement in community development organizations (Toastmasters, Inc. for example), or taking advantage of an internship or cooperative education opportunity.

Submit a report of the process you used to complete your professional development plan, details of the plan, and the logic that supports your plan.
