In leadership, there is authentic leadership. An authentic leader is a leader who can control personal attributes. Inability to control one’s personal characteristics leads to leadership deadlocks. If we can look at the book in which we are building our discussion, the book emphasizes on the reasons why leaders fail. It highlights and describes five reasons as to why leaders fail as they lead other people. The five perils are as below.
