d. Three Questions Answered: Following the initial model used to align HR strategy and actions to the business strategy as outlined by Walker and MacDonald (2001), answer the following first three of the four questions with one paragraph for each:

i. Understand the Business: What are the strategic goals of the organization?

ii. Determining HR Deliverables: What must HR deliver to enable the business to achieve its goals?

iii. HR Strategic Focus: Which strategies and actions will enable HR to deliver business requirements?
