Marist Library currently has 7 group collaboration rooms available for reservation for students and faculty. Each room has specific seating capabilities as well as technology support as shown in the following table.
Collaborative Room Policies:
- Rooms are intended for groups and a group is defined as two or more patrons.
- Collaborative rooms could be reserved in advance by calling the Circulation Desk or in person.
- Two patrons must report to the circulation desk and each must present a Marist ID in order to check out a key.
- The minimum reservation time is an hour and the maximum reservation time is three consecutive hours per day.
- The main goal of the system is to better optimize the resources and improve the efficiency by focusing on the size and specific technological needs of the group.
- Library administration would like to receive reports on the usage for each room.
